1850 The brig Fanny, carrying 43 eager Island gold-seekers, arrives in San Francisco. Their departure seized the imagination of the whole colony. But there will be no fortunes for the Fanny's prospectors in the gold fields.

Orwell Corner Historic Village

Surround yourself with the mood, charm and activities of a small Prince Edward Island agricultural crossroads in the 1890s. Engage in the daily programming, specially chosen to keep children happy, while learning and having tons of fun with the animals. Drop by the general store and the PEI Agricultural Heritage Museum.  Visit  the working blacksmith shop,
stroll through the gardens and have a picnic outside the old schoolhouse or by a scenic look-off to the beautiful Orwell Bay.

June Hours:
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 4:30 pm
July and August Hours: Daily 9:30 am to 5:00 pm

Adult: $7.50, Preschoolers free
Student: $4.50 (6 - 18)
Family: $20.00 (2 adults, 2 kids)
